Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
> Free worldwide shipping on orders above 90$. Else a 25$ flat rate for shipping orders below 90$. Shipping time within 3 to 5 days using DHL Express
Countries not covered by our shipping zone are: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Iran, Kazakhstan, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan
www.tropcosmetics.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after within 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email that will be active within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Trop Cosmeticsis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Trop Cosmetics is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
